To support the Sustainable Finance Team, we are looking for a Project Coordinator (f/m/x). This position is initially limited to 24 months.
Your Tasks
- Support the Sustainable Finance Team in acquiring new projects, including compiling expressions of interest and providing input to develop technical and financial proposals.
- Contribute to project implementation, including processing incoming and outgoing correspondence and project documents, and providing input to project deliverables.
- Assist in preparing project reports and visual materials.
- Support the planning, coordination, and supervision of field activities.
- Assist in project controlling, including invoicing and budget management.
- Conduct analytical work by collecting, processing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data using survey tools.
- Organize and contribute to the implementation of events, workshops, and training seminars, including preparing presentations, visual materials, and logistics.
- Utilize social and professional networking sites to identify and source project experts.
Your Profile
- University degree, preferably at Master’s level, in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least two years of professional experience in implementing international projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English (working language) and at least one other language (French, Portuguese, Spanish), both oral and written.
- Interest in working on finance sector advisory projects in emerging and developing countries, and development consultancy.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently, demonstrating motivation, flexibility, creativity, and intercultural sensitivity in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both within and outside the team.
- Willingness to undertake business trips if required.
