Job Description:

The candidate will provide an enhanced level of customer and operational support for cell and gene shipment movements through Marken's network and UPS. You will collaborate with Project Managers and global branches to facilitate shipments, track via GPS technology, and proactively prevent delays and risks. Project Coordinators will monitor these life-saving therapies with a high level of diligence.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support daily project operations related to cell and gene shipments, liaising with the Control Tower and Logistics Coordinators.
• Assist the Project Manager with setup activities.
• Support lane mapping and shipment arrangements with local offices and agents.
• Book shipments in the Marken Maestro system and maintain templates.
• Provide daily tracking reports to clients and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with billing, logistics inquiries, and updating project plans.
• Attend meetings, provide support with minutes, and act as a point of contact for client logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific paperwork and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree, 4-year degree, or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in Pharma, Medicine, or Logistics industries.
• Experience in courier and/or air freight preferred.
• Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• Flexibility in working hours.
