• During the quotation phase, you will support our sales managers in the calculation of complex customer projects and be responsible for a smooth transition to commercial project realization.
• At the beginning of order processing, you will support project management in defining the work package structure of various customer projects and map these in SAP S4/Hana (PS module).
• You will analyze and scrutinize the quantity structures and other cost-relevant factors that are created in the technical departments (including development, quality, production) and structure them for subsequent project controlling.
• Within this structure, you will create and maintain earned value analyses and commercial project progress reports.
• You will drive the standardization of our project cost calculations, taking into account typical project risks and lessons learned from past projects.
• You will ensure that the resource planning of various customer projects is compared and develop planning options for eliminating resource bottlenecks.
• You will continuously improve calculation precision and further develop the IT tools used (including SAP S/4 Hana).

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in a technical or economic field or have similar qualifications.
• You have several years of professional experience in multi-project controlling, project costing and/or resource planning.
• You have in-depth knowledge and experience of working with the SAP PS module, ideally in a comparable business model.
• You find it easy to develop cross-departmental solutions to complex issues and are not dissuaded from implementing them. You have strong teamwork and communication skills.
• You are familiar with the key project management tools (including work package structures, earned value analysis, milestone trend analysis) from practical application.
