Tasks
Financial support for project management as a sparring partner and co-pilot for complex projects
Commercial project planning and control, including target cost definition, cost monitoring, opportunity & risk management and customer communication
Responsibility for commercial reporting (EAC) in project-relevant committees
Monitoring contract fulfillment and performance of internal and external partners (incl. subcontractors)
Preparation and negotiation of complex offers and contracts, incl. transversal calculations (RMC) and price detailing for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or a comparable qualification
Extensive professional experience in finance and commercial project management in complex, contract and customer-related environments
Sound knowledge of treasury, accounting, taxes and controlling as well as a deep understanding of the interfaces between the financial sub-areas
Experience in (inter)national contract law and complex contract negotiations
Sound experience with project management tools and methods (e.g. waterfall, agile/scrum)
Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and SAP
Business fluent in German and English (at least C1)
Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
