Job description
Tasks
- Lead cost control in the Single Aisle Programme with focus on Airbus Atlantic operations
- Select, assess and prioritise cost-relevant topics in an international context
- Ensure transparency and communication with Airbus Atlantic regarding cost structures and performance metrics
- Work closely with departments such as Engineering, Digital Design & Manufacturing Systems (DDMS) and Programme Management
- Prepare and conduct quarterly reviews, including stakeholder management and pre-alignment
- Manage and approve purchase orders, contracts and pricing updates in line with governance
- Support cross-functional initiatives to improve cost-efficiency and performance
- Continuously enhance collaboration with Airbus Atlantic to ensure an efficient and lean cost management approach
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain / Logistics
- Extensive experience in Procurement, Finance, Contract Management and Supplier Management
- In-depth knowledge of SAP, plus foundational understanding of Lean Management and Process Management
- Fluent English and French skills (min. C1); German and Spanish are an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally (2-3 times per year), especially to Toulouse, St. Nazaire and the UK
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- CV in English required
