Position: Project Controller (Maternity Leave Replacement)

We are initially looking for a Project Controller for a limited period of 1.5 years to cover a maternity leave.

1. Develop and maintain innovation & project controlling processes, working closely with R&D.
2. Manage cost centre controlling for R&D to ensure adherence to budgets, including planning, developing, and forecasting project budgets.
3. Lead the CAPEX approval process in line with the CAPEX budget for projects.
4. Control and support time and utilization management, performing regular reviews with responsible personnel.
5. Prepare regular product costing overviews, including planned gross margins based on BOM.
6. Develop a database (Access) to support the budget process, focusing on consolidating legal entities and providing various reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Controller in project and/or cost controlling or similar functions.
• Strong leadership skills and experience working with virtual global teams; project management skills are a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and project management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
