Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Verwalten von Projektaufträgen und Sicherstellen der termingerechten Lieferung.
• Enger Kontakt mit Kunden und Abteilungen zur Überwachung des Projektfortschritts.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill and manage project orders with all involved parties.

• Technical and Commercial Order-review based on the quote.

• Ensure tracking of deadlines, deliveries, and obligations with the requirements of the order.

• Secure timely delivery of products and documentation according to schedule.

• Evaluate change requests in close coordination with special departments.

• Close collaboration with all involved customers and departments, and attend KOM.

• Monitor progress by keeping the approved budget and following up on approval progress and manufacturing release by the customer.

• Project Reporting on demand.

Qualifications:

• Degree focused in engineering/plant manufacturing.

• Experience in execution of international projects.

• Experience in project management.

• Knowledge and experience in mechanical seals and seal supply systems advantageous.

• Flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness.

• Structured and organized way of working.

• Market- and customer-oriented thinking and behavior.

• Knowledge of SAP and MS-Office.

• Good communication skills.

• German/English - business fluent.

• Willingness to travel.
