What you will enjoy doing

• You will be coordinating the global construction team
• Planning and coordination of construction engineering will be part of your responsibilities
• You will review construction time schedules, support the construction site, and report progress measurement
• Risk management and the implementation of mitigating actions
• You will be in charge of health, safety, and environment engineering as well as the implementation
• Generation and further development of operational competence and know-how in the form of work instructions/standard documents
• You will ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, internal instructions, industry-specific guidelines, and the company's "Code of Conduct" and "Code of Ethics"
• Preparation of the final construction project report and lessons learned
• You will prepare and check construction cost estimates

What makes you great

• You have a degree in mechanical engineering or adequate qualification
• Five years or more experience in construction engineering, execution, and site management
• You are experienced in managing subcontracts
• Good QHSE skills are part of your competencies
• Excellent English, leadership skills, intercultural competence, and knowledge of all standard MS Office tools
• Additionally, you are flexible with a willingness to travel worldwide
