Jobbeschreibung

Your mission

You will support the project work and it´s successful conclusion on this temporary role (initially until end of year whith the aim to extend on next project).
Hours: ~ 20 h/week

Donor Management & Communication:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with krisenchat UA donors through emails, meetings, and check-ins.
  • Organize and participate in donor site visits and/or online presentations/events.
  • Adapt and tailor donor reports to match specific donor interests (e.g., highlighting positions funded by each donor).
  • Ensure clarity and consistency in donor narratives, creating customized versions of reports based on a master document.
Internal & External Communications Support
  • Coordinate external communication about project progress and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Organize and schedule interviews with team members and external partners.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other materials for external use.
Administrative & Team Support
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation, and database management.
  • Organize and maintain internal records, ensuring donor-related and operational documents are up to date.

Your profile
  • You are fluent in German and English - if you can also speak Ukrainian or Russian, that's a real plus!
  • You enjoy writing and can convey content clearly and comprehensibly - communication is your thing.
  • Initialexperience in fundraising, reporting or as support in the admin area is great.
  • We invite candidates with all kinds of academic background (e.g. social sciences, communications, NPO-management or other), much more important is your sense for solutions, excellent communication and your eye for detail.
  • You have a highly structured way of work but you also can cope with a lot of dynamics.
  • Multitasking? No problem for you - you know how to set priorities correctly.
  • Have you ever created presentations, juggled documents and supported teams? Perfect!
