Job Summary

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our Clinical Safety & Pharmacovigilance team in Munich. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day project support to the clinical safety department.
  • Support safety coordinators and managers with follow-up on cases.
  • Manage and maintain main mailbox and assist with triage.
  • Create and maintain project-related trackers and status reports.
  • Assist with case processing activities as delegated.
  • Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Degree or state recognized apprenticeship\ Ausbildung.
  • Administrative experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Officerequired.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, and an interest in clinical trials/drug development – desirable.
  • Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
