About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student specializing in finance or economics to join our team as a Project Administrator on a temporary basis. This role will support the Project Managers in efficiently and timely handling of project financial setup, project financial updates, invoicing and project financial closing with a focus on minimizing WIP days to maximize cash flow in the business - always in line with the customer contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the financial set-up of projects, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
• Update project financials regularly, including tracking expenses, revenues, and budgets.
• Prepare and process invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
• Support the financial closing of projects, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure smooth project execution and financial management.
• Monitor and report on project financial status, providing insights and recommendations to minimize commercial risks and maximize revenue and cash flow.

Qualifications
About you

• Currently enrolled in a finance or economics program at a recognized university.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a finance-related role or internship is a plus.

Duration: Temporary position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
