Your prospective job:

For our customer Airbus Operations you are acting as a Programme Data Analyst & Systems Project Leader (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Create value for the team by addressing current business challenges through the use of digital Data technologies - including using data analytics to deliver insight and improve performance
• Support cross domain, business-critical issues and work with our partners on appropriate solutions
• Breakdown the requirements and priorities collected and defined together with the operational teams into possible new solutions in order to build the backlog and the project roadmap, by

identifying the best fitting solution for the customer in collaboration with the technical team

• Act as a project leader to drive topics from idea generation through proper definition, development process and deployment of digital solutions securing the needs realization with the technical teams
• Support the definition and follow up of the BSM (Single Aisle Programme Management) Digital Vision and strategy in alignment with all BSMx (Single Aisle Programme Management sub-teams) teams and with the company Digital Transformation
• Support a proper set up for the management of Airbus data to better steer, control and anticipate
• Build a digitalisation bridge and secure an alignment with key functions, programs and divisions
• Be accountable for the on-time, on-cost and on-quality fulfillment of all project deliverables
• Ensure to deploy solid project management means
• Analyse data, deliver insights and develop solutions for business critical issues
• Build a strong network tailored to the individual project needs and maintain frequent collaboration and alignment with all key contributors and stakeholders

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Aerospace, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or comparable
• Several years of work experience in project management
• Several years of work experience on digital transformation, AI and data management
• Good knowledge in Java, Python and SQL
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Knowledge on Airbus Data Analytics Platforms (Skywise, EBAM, Spotfire, Clicksense) mandatory
• Good knolwedge in Change Management and process management
• Fluent English skills both spoken and written
• German skills are nice to have
• Willingness to travel: once per quarter (within Europe)
