ForEveryone is a non-profit social enterprise in Berlin. We bring people from different backgrounds together, among other things through our community café at Boxhagener Platz and through workshops, events and activities for an international Berlin audience. We are growing, and we are currently reshaping our whole range of activities.
We are looking for someone to oversee, develop and be present across our whole range of activities – from workshops to events at our community café at Boxhagener Platz (jam sessions, music nights, exhibitions and more). The clear goal: turning individual activities into recurring small communities with their own memberships. Instead of activities we have to market and fill again every time, we want formats people come back to regularly – a knitting club, a sports format, creative combinations, a recurring music night. You drive this: you sense what the community wants, develop formats to match, test them, run them yourself, recruit and support the volunteers who help carry them, and make sure the good ones actually happen and grow.
