Essential:
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Assertive customer-centric approach ideally demonstrated through prior B2C sales roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1).
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills, including professional credibility, relationship building, and influence.
• Results-driven, solution-oriented, and self-disciplined.
• Ability to multitask in a busy, highly pressured, fast-paced working environment.
• Minute attention to detail, strong adaptability, empathy, and resilience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Enthusiasm to work in the education sector and to support student success.

Position:
Programme Advisors are responsible for promoting BSBI’s program portfolio to potential students via phone, email, online meetings, and face-to-face interaction, forming a vital part of the sales team.
The role involves managing the pipeline of students from initial application to payment of tuition fees, supporting international students throughout the application process.
You will work independently, managing the consultative sales process within established procedures, aiming to achieve targets and organize your work effectively.
Independence and initiative are essential to adapt to changing priorities and improve processes.

Your tasks:
• Providing tailored advice to prospective students, adapting communication styles.
• Guiding students through the application process from start to finish.
• Exploring career paths and aligning them with BSBI offerings.
• Advising international students on visas, immigration, and compliance.
• Handling inquiries about programs and communication needs.
• Building meaningful client relationships and delivering solutions.
• Providing excellent customer service and portraying a positive image of BSBI.
• Managing student applications from initial inquiry to fee payment and registration.
• Utilizing technology and maintaining accurate records.
• Managing leads pipeline efficiently.
