We are looking for a passionate new team member to join us as a Programmatic Manager, Advertising (d/f/m).
This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
About the team:
Our team plays a central role in driving and optimizing revenue through programmatic advertising, with a strong commitment to sustainability. As a Programmatic Manager, you will report to the Advertising Revenue & Yield Management Team Lead, working closely with teams across the business to ensure that our programmatic sales strategy supports both business goals and sustainable practices. With your data-driven and creative mindset, you’ll help maximize the value of our advertising inventory.
What You’ll Do:
Advise External Partners and Internal Stakeholders on Programmatic Strategies
Expand programmatic sales activities by activating and expanding your network of contacts within the programmatic space
Provide guidance to external clients and agency partners and our teams, including Key Account Sales, Yield Management, and AdTech, on programmatic topics, having sustainability in mind.
Develop and Optimize Sustainable Programmatic Products
Supporting our Ad Product Team you help to build and evolve Programmatic Direct products that focus on the needs of clients and their agencies, while integrating sustainable practices into product development.
Campaign Setup, Monitoring, and Reporting with Sustainability Metrics
Oversee the operational tasks involved in the setup, monitoring, and reporting of programmatic direct campaigns across multiple SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms), ensuring campaigns align with sustainable business practices and environmental goals.
Support the need of programmatic campaigns being optimized not only for performance but also for environmental impact, recommending strategies that minimize energy usage and support green advertising initiatives.
Support the implementation of sustainability tracking within campaign performance reports
Market Analysis for Responsible Advertising Trends
Monitor market trends in programmatic advertising and digital Marketing, identifying and integrating sustainability-related trends into the development of new offerings.
Leverage insights to ensure the company stays at the forefront of sustainable advertising practices
Who you are:
4-5+ years Experience in Programmatic Advertising in media buying (on the client/agency side) or sales (publisher side), with a strong interest in sustainability.
Expertise of relevant systems: SSP, DSP, and DMP, with an interest in how to integrate sustainability principles into these platforms and practices.
A proactive work style combined with creativity and a passion for implementing sustainable solutions in programmatic advertising.
Confidence in presenting in both German and English, with a customer-centric mindset that includes understanding the growing demand for sustainable advertising solutions.
A keen interest in the evolving trends in digital marketing.
