Your Responsibilities
  • You plan and coordinate our study programs - in close collaboration with internal faculty, external guest lecturers, and students.
  • You organize and implement the curriculum: from scheduling and course planning to room bookings.
  • You contribute to the ongoing development and quality assurance of our programs and curricula.
  • You advise students on study-related issues, for example at our cross-departmental Student Info Point.
  • You support the organization and administration of exams and issue study certificates.
  • You maintain and update content in our campus management system and Moodle.
  • You prepare data for internal reporting and statistical purposes.
  • You contribute ideas and content for the marketing of our programs - such as for websites and brochures.
Your qualifications
  • Completed university degree
  • Initial experience working in a higher education setting or a comparable environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and navigate new topics with confidence
  • Strong organizational skills, self-initiative, and team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and a passion for collaborative work
  • Very good command of German and English (native level not required)
  • Confident use of MS Office; experience with campus or learning management systems is a plus
  • Affinity for numbers; database skills are a bonus
  • Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
We offer
  • Varied role with room to take initiative and shape your work
  • A supportive, committed team
  • Short decision-making paths and close collaboration with faculty and students
  • International focus and a respectful, inclusive culture
  • Flexible working hours, up to 50% remote work
  • Tailored onboarding and opportunities for professional development
  • Subsidy for the Deutschlandticket (local transport)
  • Corporate benefits
