Job Description

Role: Project/Program Manager

Client: Tata Elxsi

Location: Any of these locations as per your convenience, 2 or 3 days onsite per week (Ingolstadt / Monsheim)

Responsibilities:

1. Extensive experience in Automotive Embedded Systems and strong business acumen to address RFQs and secure new projects.
2. Requirement elicitation and specification development.
3. System architecture design and development knowledge.
4. Experience in system engineering processes.
5. Experience working with OEMs (VW, MB, BMW, Stellantis).
6. Experience with AUTOSAR-based software architecture and development.
7. Knowledge of ASPICE processes (Sys.1, Sys.2, and Sys.3).
8. Experience managing project teams.
