Career Executive 赛睿人力资源 is seeking a strategic and execution‑oriented Program Manager to lead the enhancement of our Last Mile delivery capabilities across the EU. You will drive scalable frameworks and SOPs, aligning cross‑functional teams to improve capacity, performance, and on‑time parcel delivery.

You will analyze delivery metrics with local ops teams, steer capacity planning, and collaborate with Procurement and Local Operations to resolve challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in operations, program management or management consulting.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Office software.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Program Manager to spearhead the enhancement of our Last Mile delivery capabilities across the EU. This is a high-impact role directly contributing to how we deliver parcels to millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deploy scalable frameworks and SOPs applicable across all EU operating countries.

Drive process improvements in performance management, demand planning, and fleet maintenance.

Strategic Program Enhancement

Lead the development and execution of capacity planning and Last Mile infrastructure design.

Performance Monitoring & Operational Excellence

Analyze delivery metrics to identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with local ops teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Orchestrate alignment with Procurement, Local Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve delivery challenges.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken & written).

5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or management consulting.

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Proficient in data analysis and Office software.

Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
