Job description

We're looking for a curious, driven Program Manager / Junior Consultantwith strong growth potential to join our team. You'll work closely with our internal program/project team and support across a range of responsibilities and projects — from AI transformation and workforce enablement to operational efficiency and organizational change — depending on client needs.

You are a generalists rather than specialists, and future successor who can develop into the next level of seniority over time.
This means you won't be siloed into one function — you'll get exposure to AI transformation strategy, operations, workshop facilitation, and client management from day one.

What you’ll do:
  • Project management: support end-to-end program delivery including research, analysis, hypothesis testing, and synthesis
  • Build models, frameworks, and analyses to support client recommendations
  • Design and create client workshops and co-working sessions
  • Help design AI solutions for both our internal needs and for our clients
  • Help facilitate workshops, contributing to the flow, structure, and energy of the room
  • Prepare client-ready materials (decks, reports, memos)
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, taking an increasingly active role over time
  • Work across sectors and problem types — no two programs will look the same

Contribute to internal initiatives (proposals, knowledge-building) as the firm grows
