Job summary

Panthr is seeking a Senior Consultant AI & Data Solutions to help clients identify, develop and implement AI-driven solutions across AI, data, and automation. You will bridge business strategy and technology, translating needs into scalable outcomes.

Working with senior stakeholders, you will guide projects from assessment to implementation, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with international delivery partners to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Several years in consulting, digital transformation or AI projects with client responsibilities.
• Understand business processes and how AI/data/automation drive performance.
• Experience designing and implementing AI/data/automation with cloud tech (Azure, AWS, Fabric, Databricks, Power Platform).
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents and RAG-based solutions.
• Translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation for executive stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Willing to travel within DACH; occasional stays in Spain.

About The Role

As a Senior Consultant AI & Data Solutions, you will play a key role in helping clients identify, develop and implement AI-driven solutions that address real business challenges. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology, translating client needs into scalable solutions across AI, data and automation.

Working directly with senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of projects from the initial assessment and strategic planning through implementation and ongoing optimization. You will also provide technical guidance to interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with international delivery partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Beyond client delivery, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new consulting services, shape internal processes and help drive the company's growth. Key Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities: Analyze client processes and identify, assess and prioritize use cases for AI, data and automation based on their business value and feasibility.
• Develop solution concepts: Translate business requirements into scalable AI, data and cloud architectures aligned with clients' strategic objectives.
• Lead end-to-end projects: Manage complex consulting engagements throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial assessment and strategy development to implementation and operational support.
• Drive AI implementation: Design and support the delivery of modern AI solutions, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Advise senior stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs and senior executives, providing strategic guidance on AI adoption, digital transformation and technology-driven business improvement.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams: Provide technical leadership and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical specialists and international delivery teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies: Assess new tools, platforms and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improved client outcomes.
• Contribute to business growth: Support the development of new service offerings, strengthen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the consulting business.

About You

You are an experienced consultant with a strong combination of business acumen, technical expertise and client-facing skills. You understand how to translate complex business challenges into practical technology solutions and are comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept to implementation. You Bring The Following Experience And Qualifications

• Several years of experience in consulting, digital transformation or AI-related projects, ideally with direct client responsibility.
• A strong understanding of business processes and how AI, data and automation can improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Practical experience designing and implementing AI, data or automation solutions using modern cloud technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or Power Platform.
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs and modern AI architectures, including AI Agents and RAG-based solutions.
• The ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable and commercially viable technical solutions.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating interdisciplinary teams across business and technology functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region and undertake occasional stays in Spain.
