Every day is different as a Program Manager Intern. You’ll work alongside your dedicated mentor and team on real improvement and innovation projects that support the growth of Amazon's European network. You might spend your morning analysing a large dataset to identify operational bottlenecks, then spend your afternoon aligning with stakeholders across different countries on a project rollout plan. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and share updates with senior management. Amazon is a data-driven business, so no matter which project you are working on, part of your role will involve extracting insights from data to drive decisions.
You’ll develop solutions to real operational challenges, test different approaches, and present your findings to leadership — building your analytical, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced, international environment.
