Amazon Grossenkneten GmbH - M24 sucht eine/n Operations Human Resources Partner Intern, der/die die HR-Funktionen in einer globalen Organisation kennenlernt. Sie arbeiten an Projekten in verschiedenen HR-Bereichen wie Mitarbeiterbindung, Schulungen und Workforce Analytics. Sie arbeiten ca.

40 Stunden pro Woche und absolvieren ein Praktikum von 6 bis 12 Monaten. Erforderlich sind Deutsch und Englisch (C1) sowie aktuell abgeschlossenes Studium in HR, BWL, Psychologie oder verwandtem Bereich.

Qualifikationen

• Deutsch und Englisch fließend auf C1-Niveau (Sprechen, Schreiben, Lesen).
• Bereitschaft zu 40 Std./Woche und 6–12 Monate Praktikum.
• Der/die Kandidat/in studiert im Abschlusssemester in HR/Business oder verwandtem Bereich.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung tiefgehender Kenntnisse der HR-Funktionen in Amazons operativen Bereichen.
• Unterstützung interner Kommunikation über Ländergrenzen hinweg.
• Mitarbeit an Schulungsplänen und Materialien für wachsende Teams.
• Einarbeitung in HR-Funktionen und Best Practices der Organisation.
• Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden bei täglichen Anfragen zu Abwesenheiten, Vergütung und HR-Themen.

Key job responsibilities

• Developing in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations


• Assisting with internal communication efforts to align teams across multiple countries, promoting collaboration and information-sharing


• Helping develop training plans and materials to address the evolving development needs of various teams, supporting employee growth


• Learning about HR functions across the broader Amazon organization and staying up-to-date on best practices

A day in the life

Every day is a little different as an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern. This internship will immerse you in HR within a global organisation, with the opportunity to work on projects across different HR areas - from employee relations and training to compensation and workforce analytics. You might spend your morning analysing workforce data to identify trends and build recommendations for your team, then spend your afternoon supporting an employee relations case or collaborating with operations leaders on a training initiative.

Amazon's HR function is deeply embedded in the business, so no matter which project you are working on, part of your role will involve using data and analytical thinking to drive decisions. You'll apply your problem-solving and technical skills to real challenges, while developing important communication and professional soft skills through hands-on experience. With a dedicated mentor guiding your development throughout the programme, you'll gain insights into how HR partners with the business to drive growth and organisational excellence - providing a strong foundation for a career in human resources.

Internship Start Dates Across The Year

We are hiring interns to start anytime from January through September 2027. Each month, we'll hold 1-2 onboarding days for new hires.

Basic Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in German and English at C1 level or above


• Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 6 to 12 month internship maximum


• Currently in your final year and working towards a university bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or a related field (Humanities focused), or a similar discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
