Amazon Logistik Frankenthal GmbH is seeking an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern for a 6-month program in Germany. The role supports HR functions across a global operation, working on training, employee relations, compensation inquiries, analytics, and daily HR tasks.

Ideal candidates are in their final year of HR, BA, PSY, or related studies, fluent in German and English at C1, and available for 40 hours per week for 6–12 months. Relocation support and benefits are available to interns.

Key job responsibilities

• Developing in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations
• Assisting with internal communication efforts to align teams across multiple countries, promoting collaboration and information-sharing

A day in the life

Every day is a little different as an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern. This internship will immerse you in HR within a global organisation, with the opportunity to work on projects across different HR areas — from employee relations and training to compensation and workforce analytics. You might spend your morning analysing workforce data to identify trends and build recommendations for your team, then spend your afternoon supporting an employee relations case or collaborating with operations leaders on a training initiative.

Internship Start Dates across the year

We are hiring interns to start anytime from January through September 2027. Each month, we'll hold 1-2 onboarding days for new hires.

Basic Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in German and English at C1 level or above
• Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 6 to 12 month internship maximum
• Currently in your final year and working towards a university bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or a related field (Humanities focused), or a similar discipline

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
