Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in Strategy and Operations, Program Management, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Consulting, or similar problem-solving roles.
- Experience in security, privacy, trust, and safety domains.
Preferred qualifications:- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to successfully lead and implement programs.
- Excellent executive and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities- Execute, develop and deliver GSEC (Google Safety Engineering Center) Munich's external engagement strategy and roadmap in EMEA.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, senior leaders, and executive sponsors to develop and implement data-driven messaging and content distribution strategies to increase adoption and drive user trust sentiment.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of program initiatives and adapt strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, especially senior cross-functional and engineering leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest privacy, safety, and security technologies and industry trends to help drive effective strategy development and program management.
