Christian Keil, our Program Director, seeks to strengthen the team with a talented IT Program Manager to join our offices in Ettlingen, Paris, or Berlin.

Your responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will oversee our programs from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to SLAs by managing schedule, budget, scope, and quality. Your duties include:
- Driving program performance and ensuring excellence by monitoring KPIs during Planning, Execution, and Closure phases.
- Managing customer relations by understanding and analyzing client needs.
- Negotiating and drafting legal documents in collaboration with our legal team.
- Identifying additional customer needs and collaborating with the Sales team.
- Leading quality assurance processes and standards.

- You possess excellent communication skills, a cooperative mindset, and the ability to assert yourself when needed.
- You communicate clearly and empathetically, setting transparent expectations.
- You enjoy working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Relevant education or experience, preferably a 5-year degree (Master's or Engineer).
- Extensive experience in managing complex, multi-technology programs.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, coordinating with project teams, product owners, engineering teams, and clients.
- Professional proficiency in English and either French or German.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or IPMA certification, with experience in PKI or security technology companies.
