At Amazon Community Feedback, we're committed to building customer trust through our social and community features. Our Annotation team plays a crucial role in developing and refining AI-powered solutions that enhance these features.
As a Program Manager on our Annotation team, you'll lead our human-in-the-loop program, which is essential for developing and improving our AI models. This program directly supports our mission by ensuring that our AI-driven community features are accurate, reliable, and trustworthy for our customers.
This role requires a customer-focused approach, data-driven decision-making, and experience with performance optimization at scale. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to analyze deeply, communicate effectively, and drive change will be key to developing robust, scalable AI solutions that shape the future of Amazon's community features.
As a Program Manager for the Annotation team, you'll orchestrate high-quality training data provision and AI model performance evaluation. You'll collaborate with annotators, scientists, product managers, and engineers to manage workflows and drive improvements. Your role involves prioritizing projects, optimizing processes, and maintaining alignment. Key responsibilities include overseeing data quality, resource allocation, and project management to enhance annotation efficiency and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams. Your work will contribute to developing reliable AI-powered community features, ultimately improving end-user experiences with products like Customer Reviews on Amazon's platform.
This role and business teams are based in our Berlin, Germany office. We currently require 5 days per week in-office presence to facilitate close collaboration and rapid iteration in our AI development processes.
