Amazon Logistics is searching for an Acquisition Manager responsible for the country-level strategy and execution of a new acquisition program. This program enables our Delivery Service Partners (DSP) to attract, hire, and retain high-quality Delivery Associates at scale.

Key job responsibilities

We seek a self-starter to own the strategy and execution of the acquisition program, which supports DSPs in recruiting high-quality Delivery Associates. This role involves frequent interaction with senior management, including directors and VPs, and offers comprehensive responsibility to build and manage a rapidly growing program with substantial budget oversight.

The Acquisition Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to adapt the core components of the EU Acquisition program based on marketplace dynamics. The role requires working with a multi-functional team, developing skills in operations, marketing, and partnerships. The candidate must be innovative, agile, and resilient to meet ambitious targets.

Key functions for the role include:
  • Leverage third-party marketing agencies to scale recruitment campaigns across the EU, achieving profitability targets.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve DSP recruitment networks.
  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to drive process improvements.
  • Communicate strategy and performance updates to VP level.
  • Build successful internal and external partnerships to support growth and scalability.
  • Ensure strategic projects progress and deliver results on time and within budget.
Grundqualifikationen
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and verbal).
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
  • Experience managing complex sales pipelines or scaling business relationships.
  • Experience building programs from the ground up.
