As Program Manager of the Corporate Campus Challenge, you are the main point of contact for our students and your program. You are responsible for the success and continuous development of your program.

The Corporate Campus Challenge is a practice-oriented program for young talents to develop entrepreneurial skills and create unconventional solutions. Participants gain valuable entrepreneurial know-how through Design Thinking and Lean Startup methods.

Your fields of action in a glance:

• You are the heart of your programs: You lead a small, agile team to provide our students and corporate partners with an outstanding program experience.
• Creativity meets team spirit: You continuously develop and refine new program content to enhance the learning process and entrepreneurial skills of our students.
• Structure is your strength: You create a strong program design, coordinate schedules, content, and activities, and set our course for success with well-defined milestones.
• You shine as an organizational talent: You are responsible for organizing and executing sessions and program events — and you deliver them yourself as a trainer.
• Numbers are your thing: You identify and analyze relevant KPIs and regularly collect feedback to continuously improve the program.
• You have a great instinct: You lead the application and selection process to attract the most committed participants for the program.
• Talent incubator: You identify the top talents in the program to transition them into further Campus Founders programs.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

• You have a solid professional qualification, either in the form of completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree program.
• Ideally, you complement your education with initial experience in project or event management.
• You already have advanced experience in Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or User Experience methods and the ability to convey these effectively.
• You can keep track of multiple projects, possess project management skills, and manage the allocated budget.
• You have coaching experience and are comfortable giving presentations to larger groups.
• You are familiar with HubSpot, Notion, and Slack, and use them to optimize processes.
• You can express yourself clearly and purposefully and respond quickly and solution-oriented to new requirements.
• You easily build sustainable relationships and have a good sense for identifying the needs of our stakeholders.
• You have excellent German and English skills and enjoy working in intercultural environments.
