IC Resources is seeking a Program Manager to lead contractual, commercial, and relationship management for European contracts in the semiconductor sector. The role will interface with suppliers, government bodies, and international organisations, with a focus on EU Chips Act initiatives.

The position is Munich-listed but can be based in other European cities, allowing flexible placement across Europe. Strong English communications and multi-project coordination are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (e.g. silicon design, electronics manufacturing, or related discipline).
• Experience across multiple stages of government contract negotiation and management.
• Policy documentation, contracts and agreements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex contractual and regulatory documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or related technical industries.
• Knowledge of EU government funding programmes (e.g. EU Chips Act) - THIS IS A "MUST HAVE" area of experience.
• Additional language skills such as German or French preferred.
• Previous experience liaising with the European Comission and other similar goverment related bodies will be strongly preferred

Working for a global semiconductor company who is highly focussed on hardware and software for their customers; I have a fascinating opportunity as Program Manager.

Within the role you will be responsible for all contractual, commercial and relationship management with suppliers, government bodies, and international organisations - all for the development of European contracts and services in the semiconductor industry.

A major part of your role will be engaging with the EU Chips Act.
