Overview

We\'re currently partnered with a global leader in sensor and semiconductor technology delivering innovative solutions across consumer electronics, automotive, and IoT markets among others. They are looking to expand their cutting-edge R&D team in Germany with a Senior Project Manager to lead complex IC Development initiative alongside driving multi-stakeholder alignment.

This is a permanent position based in Munich (3 days onsite per week required).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex ASIC/IC development projects for consumer electronics, ensuring scope, quality, time, and budget targets are met.
• Act as the central coordinator across internal teams and external partners, including foundries, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, report status, and develop recovery plans for unforeseen challenges.
• Lead, support, and motivate cross-functional, international teams to deliver results.
• Drive project documentation, stakeholder communication, and alignment across multiple geographies.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in IC/ASIC development and several years leading technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of mixed-signal ASIC design and semiconductor processes.
• Skilled in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, both internally and externally.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and analytical team player with clear, stakeholder-oriented communication.
• Fluent in English (C1) and advanced German (B1) is a plus.
