deltaVision - fluid control & aerospace in Munich is seeking an experienced individual to lead Product Assurance for aerospace projects. You will develop quality standards and manage audits, ensuring that products meet aviation compliance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ISO9001 and EN9100 processes and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Overview

Your mission
As a member of our experienced team in Munich/Germany, you will work together with our C-Level, engineers and operators on all deltaVision products & projects pushing the company towards industrialization while building up all relevant resources, infrastructure and processes. In detail you will:

• Lead Product Assurance activities in complex aerospace projects
• Develop and improve aerospace-compliant quality standards acc. to EN9100
• Perform audits and manage corrective action processes
• Lead quality assurance and control activities
• Own the documentation and analysis of quality metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product excellence
• Championing continuous quality Improvement

Your profile

• Proven experience in Product Assurance, ISO9001/EN9100 quality and improvement management processes
• In-depth understanding of quality assurance standards & tools
• Knowledge in ECSS is a plus
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
