Qualifikationen

• Define projects; requirements gathering, write detailed project/business cases, coordinate efforts to scope, schedule and deploy programs together with the business and customer.
• Work closely with Technology managers and business development managers to define the roadmap for key projects that contribute to the growth of sector-specific design-build/SI projects.
• Lead programs through transition from ideation to execution and represent Neways in customer discussions.
• Research to better define opportunities, understand customer requirements, and lead the business case from initiation to scale production.
• Develop stakeholder communication and foster strong end-to-end collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with technical development teams to build new propositions, features, and programs.
• Work on mission-critical programs for the company.
• Engage with projects and work in natural teams to align on phases, costs, and objectives to ensure successful delivery.

Your profile and DNA

Passionate professional with curiosity to learn and strong technical acumen. Capable of engaging in program excellence, understanding customer needs, supporting innovative solutions, and building a strong value proposition for customers.

• Minimum master's degree from a technical university, preferably IPMA certified.
• Strong ‘can do’ mindset and customer focus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in high-tech B2B industry, specifically in sectors like Semicon, Smart Mobility, or Connectivity, including technical project or program management experience.
• Experience supporting technical decisions with customers within a team, collaborating closely with technology managers and business developers.
• Ability to think broadly and strategically about electronic solutions, making fact-based recommendations and presentations.
• Understanding multiple technologies and their interactions for customer benefit.
• Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, and skilled in stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%) and self-motivated to work independently in a virtual environment.
