• Define projects; requirements gathering, write detailed project/business cases, coordinate efforts to scope, schedule and deploy programs together with the business and customer.
• Work closely with Technology manager and business development managers to define the roadmap for key projects that contribute to growth of the sector-specific design-build/SI projects.
• Lead programs through transition from ideation to execution and represent Neways in customer discussions.
• Research to better define the opportunity and understand customer requirements, leading the business case from initiation till scale production.
• Develop stakeholder communication and strong end-to-end collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with technical development teams to build new propositions, features, and programs.
• Work on programs that are mission-critical to the company.
• Engage with projects and work in natural teams to align on phases, costs, and objectives to ultimately deliver.

Your profile and DNA

Passionate professional with curiosity to learn and strong technical acumen. Capable of engaging in program excellence, understanding customer needs, and supporting innovative solutions to build value propositions for customers.

• Minimum master's degree from a technical university, preferably IPMA certified.
• Strong ‘can do’ mindset and customer focus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a high-tech B2B industry related to sectors like Semicon, Smart Mobility, or Connectivity, including technical project or program management experience.
• Experience supporting technical decisions with customers within a team, collaborating closely with technology managers and business developers.
• Ability to think broadly and strategically about electronic-based solutions, making recommendations supported by facts.
• Understanding multiple technologies and their interactions for customer benefit.
• Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, skilled in stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and self-motivated to work independently in a virtual environment.
