• Lead and evolve the GT Expert Program, including expert identification, nomination, and recognition processes.
• Act as primary interface to innovation and collaboration platforms to increase participation in innovation campaigns.
• Establish technical communities of practice and facilitate expert workshops and working groups.
• Create internal and external communication strategies to drive expert communication.
• Support publication and dissemination of technical expertise and coordinate conference participation and representation.
• Strengthen engagement of technical experts globally and promote cross-functional collaboration across regions.

As the Program Lead for Expert Communities & Innovation Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the technical capabilities of Grid Technologies (GT) and Product & Resource Management (PRM) at Siemens Energy. A typical day involves leading the GT Expert Program, engaging with technical experts globally, and driving innovation through structured expert engagement models. You will connect experts with strategic technology initiatives, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote cross-functional collaboration, all while enhancing Siemens Energy’s position as an industry thought leader.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and evolve the GT Expert Program, including expert identification, nomination, and recognition processes
