Role Summary:
- Our client is looking for a seasoned Program Director with a strong background in driving large-scale Telco digital transformation programs, with specialization in ServiceNow and working knowledge of Salesforce.
- The role demands hands-on understanding of OSS/BSS, proven experience in managing complex enterprise programs, and the ability to lead high-performing cross-functional teams across geographies. The ideal candidate will also bring optional exposure to GSS (Global Shared Services) and IQGo platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-million-dollar transformation programs in the Telecom sector, encompassing ServiceNow, Salesforce, and OSS/BSS integration.
- Direct multiple project managers, workstreams, and delivery pods across platform and legacy ecosystems.
- Align stakeholder objectives across business, operations, IT, and external vendors.
- Drive integration between ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, TSOM, FSM, App Engine) and Salesforce BSS/CRM stack (including Velocity/Industries).
- Manage interactions between digital platforms and legacy OSS/BSS systems.
- Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards using Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks.
- Serve as executive sponsor interface, managing C-level expectations and program governance.
- Own risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and business value realization.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in IT/Telecom with at least 7+ years in program management of digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong command over ServiceNow architecture and delivery, including ITSM, ITOM, FSM, and telecom-specific implementations.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce BSS/CRM platforms (e.g., Velocity, CPQ, Service Cloud).
- Deep understanding of Telco industry stack: OSS/BSS, TM Forum APIs, service assurance, and fulfilment flows.
- Experience in managing large, distributed teams (100+), global delivery models, and vendor ecosystems.
- Exposure to Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior client engagement experience in the European Telco market.
/ Optional Qualifications:
- Experience with GSS (Global Shared Services) delivery models.
- Familiarity with IQGo tools and platforms.
- Multilingual proficiency (especially German or French).
- PMP, PgMP, ITIL, SAFe certifications.
- Knowledge of Open Digital Architecture (ODA) and Telco AI/Automation frameworks.
