A leading healthcare engagement agency is seeking a Germany-based Programme Director to oversee high-impact digital projects with pharmaceutical clients across Europe. This strategic role blends programme delivery, client relationship management, and commercial growth—perfect for someone with experience in pharma and a passion for innovation.

Role Overview :

The Programme Director (PD) is accountable for :

  • Leading business development (BD) with new and existing clients.
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of digital projects.
  • Ensuring operational and compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

  • Identify and convert client opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans.
  • Meet BD targets using Salesforce for account management.
  • Promote positive client experiences with NPS.
  • Deliver revenue and contribution targets.
  • Cost control of projects.
  • Lead and coach project teams.
  • Ensure performance reviews and monthly coaching for staff.
  • Transition projects to the operational team (OPEX) while maintaining client relationships.

Operational Excellence (OPEX) :

  • Implement the OPEX Blueprint to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct project health checks biannually.
  • Recruit operational personnel cost-efficiently and promptly (within 4 weeks).
  • Manage Business Leaders to deliver consistent operational results.
