Zusammenfassung

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is seeking a Program Delivery Specialist to join our Commercial Business Processes team on a global transformation programme. You will help align initiatives, inform stakeholders, and support adoption of new ways of working across our organisation.

This is a 3-year fixed-term contract with a strategic focus. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, track milestones, prepare executive updates and support governance through meeting facilitation and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Programme Coordination or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or IT transformation programmes.
• Experience coordinating change management and communication activities.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in a global, matrix organisation.
• Strong experience preparing executive presentations, reports and communication materials.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, along with Teams and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Maintain programme templates, communication assets and documentation libraries.

As a Program Delivery Specialist, you'll play an important role in one of WSA's largest global transformation programmes.
