Zusammenfassung

WS Audiology Group is seeking a Program Delivery Specialist to help manage a large global transformation programme from its Commercial Business Processes team. The role is a 3-year fixed-term contract focused on coordinating workstreams, governance, and change management to ensure adoption of new ways of working across markets.

You will prepare executive updates, create engaging communications, and maintain documentation while collaborating with senior leaders worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in project management, PMO, or programme coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Communications.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or IT transformation programmes.
• Experience coordinating change management and communication activities.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in a global, matrix organisation.
• Strong experience preparing executive presentations, reports and communication materials.
• Advanced MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, along with Teams and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

As a Program Delivery Specialist, you'll play an important role in one of WSA's largest global transformation programmes. This is a unique opportunity to combine project coordination, change management and communications while partnering with senior leaders across multiple markets.

Please note: This is a 3-year fixed-term contract supporting a strategic global transformation programme.

What you will do

What you bring

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Programme Coordination or a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience supporting large-scale business or IT transformation programmes.

• Experience coordinating change management and communication activities.

• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in a global, matrix organisation.

• Strong experience preparing executive presentations, reports and communication materials.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, along with Teams and SharePoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
