Qualifikationen

As a Program Coordinator, you are the point of contact for our talents and startups in the programs you support. You work closely with the Program Manager and assist them primarily in administration and project management. The Program Coordinator we are looking for will be involved in our accelerator program.

The accelerator program is a 12-week early-stage acceleration program in Heilbronn, which enables founders and teams to build and develop their startup business in today's dynamic business landscape to achieve success.

Your fields of action in a glance:

• You are the point of contact for the programs you accompany, providing support in implementation, execution, communication, and quality assurance of the programs.
• You ensure the necessary structure within each program and coordinate various schedules, content, actions, and milestones.
• You assist our program managers with all administrative tasks and help manage our systems such as HubSpot, Notion, and Slack, always with the aim of guaranteeing a seamless user experience.
• To promote our unique startup programs globally, you collaborate closely with our marketing team to create engaging content about the work in our programs, encouraging talents and startups to apply for the program.
• With your team, you create and organize exciting workshops and meetups for talents and startups, involving mentors, companies, and experts to support responsible and successful entrepreneurship.
• You are involved in content development and the continuous improvement of the programs.
• You see yourself as a bridge builder for our talents and startup teams in the programs you accompany, helping them integrate into our community and connecting them within our ecosystem to create a platform for cooperation and sustainable networking.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

• You have a solid professional qualification, whether through completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree, which has prepared you optimally for your new role as a program coordinator.
• You have expertise in the field of business or a related area, such as entrepreneurship, fundraising, or sales.
• You are a service-oriented and reliable individual, making it easy for you to take on responsibility.
• You have a keen sense for identifying the needs of customers and users, enabling you to proactively and independently develop and implement improvement suggestions.
• Ideally, you have experience in coaching or delivering presentations to larger audiences.
• Experience in the startup scene is also advantageous.
• You have fluent English skills in both written and verbal communication, ideally can communicate in German, and you enjoy intercultural experiences.
