Description

As a Program Coordinator, you will be the main contact for our talents and startups involved in the programs you support. You will work closely with the Program Manager, mainly assisting with administration and project management. The Program Coordinator will be involved in our 12-week accelerator program in Heilbronn, designed to help early-stage startups build and develop their businesses in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities at a Glance

• Serve as the main contact for program participants, supporting implementation, execution, communication, and quality assurance.
• Ensure a structured program environment by coordinating schedules, content, activities, and milestones.
• Assist program managers with administrative tasks and manage systems like HubSpot, Notion, and Slack to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content promoting our startup programs and encouraging applications.
• Organize workshops and meetups involving mentors, companies, and experts to support responsible entrepreneurship.
• Contribute to content development and ongoing program improvements.
• Act as a bridge builder, helping talents and startups integrate into our community and connect within our ecosystem for sustainable networking.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Relevant professional qualification, such as vocational training or a degree, suited for a Program Coordinator role.
• Experience in business, entrepreneurship, fundraising, or sales.
• Service-oriented, reliable, and responsible.
• Ability to identify customer and user needs and proactively suggest improvements.
• Experience in coaching or delivering presentations to larger audiences is a plus.
• Startup scene experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, with German skills preferred; intercultural competence is a plus.
