The Customer Profitability Management (CPM) team is responsible for developing innovative system solutions that generate valuable business insights about our customers and profitability across Red Bull organizations worldwide.

In this role, based on business and user needs, you’ll identify, design, and implement system enhancements, new processes, and technologies. Your mission is to find process efficiencies, secure data quality, and improve user experience. You will also be responsible for implementing CPM tools in subsidiaries globally and ensuring proper processes for customer profitability analysis. You will lead or support projects, bringing innovative ideas to complex topics, and act as a contact for local Key Users for system issues and questions.

Job Responsibilities

1. System, Process Optimization, and CPM Tool Implementation Projects: Lead projects from planning to execution, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and training. Manage project scope, methodology, and stakeholder communication.
2. Business Partner for Local Markets and HQ: Collaborate with subsidiaries and HQ to maximize CPM system potential, focusing on business processes and strategy alignment.
3. System Support, Data, and Process Quality: Act as a global contact for CPM system issues, ensuring system functionality, efficiency, and data quality improvements.
4. Training Organization: Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for system users to ensure effective system handling.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management, Finance, Controlling, Product Management, IT, or Sales
• University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or IT
• Strong IT skills; familiarity with ERP systems or business analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle) is advantageous
• Experience in FMCG industry or sales controlling/revenue management is a plus
• Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks, and develop solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn

Additional Information

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,446 gross per month, based on collective agreement. Our compensation package exceeds this minimum and is market-oriented.
