Your Responsibilities

• Teaching in your area of expertise at Bachelor's and Master's levels across faculty programs, delivering lectures in both German and English.
• Enhancing the faculty's profile through research activities and actively securing research funding.
• Working independently and taking responsibility for your projects and initiatives.

Your Qualifications

• A university degree in engineering sciences, preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computational engineering, or physics, along with a relevant doctoral degree in an engineering discipline.
• Competence in system modeling, simulation, multi-physics simulation, and/or experimental studies.
• Excellent skills in CAD, with experience in project and process management in circular product development and design preferred.
• At least five years of professional experience, including a minimum of three years outside academia, in product, machine, or system development.
• Experience in teaching and a dedication to high-quality education are desirable.
• An ability to align actions with the university's long-term goals and develop interdisciplinary solutions.
• Experience with entrepreneurial thinking and a commitment to sustainability in research and teaching are advantageous.
