For the winter term of 2025/26, we are seeking a professor (m/f/d) for the degree program Management at IU International University, limited to 2 years at our campus in Berlin, full-time (5 days on campus) or part-time (4 days on campus), starting on October 1st, 2025.

• You represent the field of Management in teaching and research within the bachelor's degree program and become part of an extensive network in the field of higher education.
• You develop and lead face-to-face lectures on Campus and are responsible for the individual supervision of our students during their exams and while they prepare their theses.
• You teach practice-oriented fundamental knowledge in Management and are capable of training our students in areas such as: Intercultural and Ethical Decision-Making, Digital Business Models, Strategic Management, Academic Work and Advanced Research Methods, Performance Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Leadership 4.0, Business Ethics, and Corporate Governance.
• You contribute to the creative development of teaching formats within IU’s didactic concept and collaborate closely with colleagues to further develop these formats.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a university degree in Management or a related field with outstanding academic performance and hold a relevant doctoral degree (Ph.D.).
• You have at least five years of practical work experience, including three years outside university, and may have initial experience in academic teaching.
• You demonstrate your expertise through publications or projects.
• You are team-oriented, reliable, and committed to in-person teaching, with proficiency in conducting virtual lectures.
• You reside permanently in Germany.
• You possess English language skills at C1 level according to the CEFR.

The employment requirements are governed by the Higher Education Law Thüringen.
