Your Tasks:
As part of the advertised professorship, you will have the following tasks in addition to teaching:

You will support young people in their academic and personal development. Together with a dedicated team, you will implement and further develop the dual study concept. In addition, you can realize your own research projects. We expect you to participate in academic self-administration.

Your Profile:
For the advertised position, we are looking for a person with the expertise and ability to communicate technological, operational and social aspects, principles and applications of digital transformation.

In addition to the proven ability to design and implement digital business processes, the future job holder should also have experience in software development as well as IT and project management.

Experience In The Following Areas Is Desirable:

• Conceptual and technical experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
• Conception and implementation of innovative digital business models.
• Fundamentals of data security and data protection.
• Conceptual and technical experience in cloud computing.

Experience in teaching and the willingness to take on further lectures in the Faculty of Business, possibly also in English, is desirable.

• DHBW Mosbach with Campus Bad Mergentheim was the first DHBW location to be certified as a family-friendly university back in 2008. This is an expression of the DHBW's interest in promoting the compatibility of family and career. We have also signed the Diversity Charter and promote diversity.
• The city of Mosbach is the cultural and economic center of the Neckar-Odenwald region and offers extensive infrastructure for families (numerous schools, Neckar-Odenwald clinics, S-Bahn connection to HD/MA or HN/S). The train station is only a few steps away and is directly connected to the pedestrian zone, so you can also reach us easily by public transport.

In accordance with:

• 47 LHG, a university degree, special academic qualifications (usually a doctorate), pedagogical aptitude and at least five years of practical professional experience, including at least three years outside the university sector, are required. The applicant must also be willing to participate in academic development, in particular through research and continuing academic education. A particular degree of commitment, willingness to cooperate with the companies and institutions involved and a willingness to work on committees are expected.

If the relevant requirements are met, the position will be filled on a salaried basis, analogous to grade W2, and is open-ended.
