For the winter term of 2025/26, we are seeking a professor (m/f/d) for the degree program Cloud Computing at IU International University, limited to 2 years at our campus in Berlin, full-time (5 days on campus) or part-time (4 days on campus), starting on October 1st, 2025.

• You will represent the field of Cloud Computing in teaching and research within the bachelor's degree program and become part of an extensive network in higher education.
• You will develop and lead face-to-face lectures on campus and supervise students during exams and thesis preparations.
• You will teach practice-oriented fundamental knowledge in Cloud Computing and train students in areas like Database Modeling, Cloud Computing, and Cloud Programming.
• You will contribute to the development of innovative teaching formats and collaborate with colleagues.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a university degree in Cloud Computing or a related field with outstanding academic performance and hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D.).
• You have at least five years of practical work experience, including three years outside academia, and some teaching experience.
• You demonstrate your expertise through publications or projects.
• You are team-oriented, reliable, and capable of both in-person and virtual teaching.
• You reside permanently in Germany.
• You have English skills at C1 level (CEFR).

The employment is governed by the Higher Education Law Thüringen.
