Job summary

NAXCON GmbH, headquartered in Weil am Rhein with additional offices including Stuttgart, is seeking a Professional Talent Acquisition specialist for a full-time role. You will draft, design and implement job postings, advise business units, and conduct interviews to clarify requirements.

Responsibilities include identifying qualified candidates, conducting pre-screenings and interviews, preparing reports, and supporting local employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or completed vocational training in business
• Relevant professional experience in the desired field
• Proficiency in English and German (spoken and written)
• MS Office proficiency

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

Requirements
