We collaborate directly with business owners as part of their board team long-term, working 1-10 days monthly, and also partner with VCs, PEs, Funds, and family businesses.
Our focus is on providing top-tier Board Advisor skills, emphasizing strategic and commercial expertise, engaging proactively with business owners for value delivery.
We are sector-agnostic, offering director-level skills in finance, marketing, sales, IT, HR, and management, including Non-Executive Directors, Chairs, Mentors, and Coaches.

Requirements to join:
Master Licensee arrangement:
Exclusive territorial rights, initial training, ongoing support, and strategic meetings. A small initial fee, 10% royalty, and 10% shareholding are required to ensure commitment.
Service delivery:
Post initial meeting, an Advisor is introduced, and work is based on agreed packages or ongoing engagements, with a team approach involving a Lead Advisor and Regional Director.
Types of work:
Long-term advisory roles in funding, outsourcing, salary reviews, etc., tailored to business needs, aiming for sustained income rather than project-based work.
