Jobbeschreibung

Eufy Security is expanding its professional security business, and we are looking for two Professional Security Sales Managers —one for the DACH region and one for the BNX region . This is an exciting opportunity to drive the growth of Eufy's professional security system business , with a strong focus on DIFM (Do-It-For-Me) systems and PoE (Power over Ethernet) products . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the security industry, with the ability to build strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Eufy's professional security solutions in the assigned region.
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners, including distributors, system integrators, installers, and B2B customers .
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share in the professional security segment.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to improve product positioning and development.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Represent Eufy Security at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management within the security industry .
  • Strong knowledge of DIFM security systems, PoE security solutions, and professional security products .
  • Proven track record of building partnerships and growing sales within the professional security sector.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the region’s sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German (for DACH role) or French / Dutch (for BNX role) , with strong English skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
