PERGOLUX is a fast-growing e-commerce company in the Home & Garden sector designing, manufacturing and selling premium pergolas. We are looking for a motivated Professional Sales Agent (France) to help us expand our footprint and deliver outstanding experiences to our French customers. In this role you’ll combine consultative sales with customer success, guiding clients through the purchase journey, showcasing the value of our premium products and driving growth in the French market. With operations in 15 countries across Europe, Australia, North America and South America PERGOLUX is redefining modern outdoor living.

Who You Will Work With

You’ll join our international Sales team working closely with colleagues across Europe. Collaboration with Marketing and Operations will ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to installation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Sales Support: Identify and engage potential customers to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Consultation: Advise customers with tailored product recommendations emphasizing the value of our premium pergolas and accessories.
  • Order Coordination: Ensure a smooth process from inquiry to purchase supporting customers throughout.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Spot opportunities to recommend accessories and value‑added services.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on competitors and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  • Event Participation: Represent PERGOLUX at trade fairs and exhibitions engaging directly with customers.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support reporting to optimize sales results.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles ideally with high‑value products (luxury goods, real estate, premium services).
  • Fluent in French (C2) and strong English (C1).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive customer‑focused mindset with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools.
