Tasks
  1. Lead Generation & Sales Support: Assist in identifying and engaging potential customers to drive sales.
  2. Customer Consultation: Provide tailored recommendations, emphasizing the benefits of our premium pergolas and accessories.
  3. Order Coordination: Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase.
  4. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommend additional products, such as accessories or maintenance services.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies.
  6. Event & Exhibition Assistance: Prepare for and participate in sales events to showcase our products and engage customers.
  7. Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain lead records in the CRM and analyze sales data to improve strategies.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  2. Experience in selling high-value products (e.g., luxury goods, real estate, premium services) is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. A proactive, customer-focused approach.
  5. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1).
  8. Basic understanding of sales techniques.
  9. Motivated to work in a dynamic international environment with growth opportunities.
